Alternative Family Living (AFL) for Adults with Disabilities
Through our Alternative Family Living program, we match adults with disabilities to safe, family-based living environments that promote dignity, independence, and community integration. We provide professional monitoring, individualized support planning, and collaborative care coordination to ensure each individual experiences a stable, respectful, and empowering home setting.
Supervised Visitation Services
The Brook Haven Group provides professionally monitored supervised visitation services in both office-based and mobile settings.
